We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Premium purchases — monthly, yearly, and the one-time lifetime tier. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Almost Fine Hustle orders. To request a refund, visit support.stripe.com and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can also reply to any Stripe receipt email — Stripe handles all refund and billing questions on our behalf.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal (linked from your account screen) to prevent the next renewal. We do not generally offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods, but Stripe may still grant a refund in exceptional circumstances at its discretion — contact Stripe at support.stripe.com to ask.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is processed, your Premium access ends and your account returns to the free tier. Your bookmarks, tracker entries, posts, and other content stay intact — only Premium-only features become unavailable.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact Stripe first — almost all issues are resolved quickly that way. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
